Board President
DebORAH Dunn
Deborah Dunn has been a postsecondary private school administrator for over 40 years. For the past twenty years, she and her husband have owned and operated Lancaster School of Cosmetology. Ms. Dunn has a degree in education which she has utilized throughout her career.
Ms. Dunn has been elected to several boards including American Association of Cosmetology Schools, CSPEN and PAPSA, which is now MAACS. She served three times as Board President of PAPSA/MAACS and helped lead the organization from a state level to a regional level association. She has served on both licensing and accrediting teams as well as a Government Relations Chair for CCA. She has presented at NACCAS conferences as well as many state association conferences including AACS and PAPSA/MAACS conferences.

Michael Emanuelo
Michael Emanuelo is an entrepreneur and telecom industry veteran with over 25 years in the sector. He started Cynergy in 2007 and through his expertise with data, hosted voice and colocation he drove growth while exceeding client expectations. He has a passion for solving problems and creating outcomes that employ the very best technology to ensure future success for his clients. His tenure in the service provider industry inspired both his design of Cynergy’s customer service/retention practices and the development of a proprietary order processing, trouble ticketing, and customer inventory portal. In 2021, its success and growth enabled Michael to sell Cynergy so he could use his expertise and passion to pursue other opportunities.
Prior to Cynergy, Michael held various executive titles at successful firms which included Intermedia Communications, Sprint, WorldCom, Cbeyond Communications, and Reignmaker Communications.
Today, Michael continues to employ his operations expertise to oversee provisioning of services, customer escalation support and support for customers with complex needs. His dynamic leadership has helped create an environment that fosters leading edge thinking with measurable and results-oriented solutions for his clients.
Board Secretary
John Stoltz
In 2001, John Stoltz founded Aztech DataSystems, Inc., (ADS) a boutique software services company focused on providing Content Management, Workflow, and Business Processing solutions. He has guided his clients through the design and development of integrated systems that securely manage critical organizational documents and data. ADS has partnered with a wide range of clients including Postsecondary Education, K-12, Public Sector, Manufacturing, and Finance.
Prior to establishing ADS, John served as Director of Information Services for a leading Central Pennsylvania CPA firm as well as Manager of Networked Solutions for a regional Office Products company.
John has contributed his industry experience as a board member and adjunct faculty member in the Computerized Accounting program for a local career institute. Additionally, John has served on several non-profit boards.
John holds a Bacheor of Science degree in Information Systems from The Pennsylvania State University as well as an Associate of Science degree in Accounting from York College of Pennsylvania.
